Refund & Cancellations for Therapy Services
Policy for appointment changes, cancellations, no-shows, and approved refunds.
At The Good Place, we offer appointment-based counselling, therapy, coaching, and mental wellness services.
Cancellation by Client
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or considered for refund.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be treated as consumed and will not be refunded.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval.
The amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the bank or payment provider.

Packages and Prepaid Plans
Session packages, if offered, are non-refundable once partially used. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the applicable validity period, subject to availability.
Cancellation by The Good Place
If a session is cancelled from our side, the client may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
