Support groups

You don’t have to carry it alone.

Sometimes individual therapy is not the only helpful format. Being in a thoughtful group with others who understand similar struggles can reduce isolation, bring perspective, and create a powerful sense of emotional connection.

Our groups are small, structured, and carefully curated - designed to feel safe, respectful, and deeply human.

Our approach

Small. Curated. Meaningful.

Small and curated

Intentionally kept small so the experience feels safe, focused, and meaningful.

Professionally guided

Every group is led with structure, emotional sensitivity, and clear boundaries.

Shared life themes

Participants are grouped around similar experiences so the space feels relevant.

Support, not overwhelm

The aim is reflection, steadier coping, and connection - not low-cost individual therapy.

Frequently asked

Are support groups the same as therapy?

No. Groups are a different format - more shared, more peer-driven. They reduce isolation, bring perspective, and create connection. They sit alongside individual therapy, not replace it.

Can I join just one session?

Most circles run as a series so trust can build. Some open seats per session are available - see the current circle’s detail page for the policy.

How are people selected for the group?

Each group is small and curated. Participants are grouped around similar life experiences so the space feels relevant and safe. A short call before joining helps us check fit.

Will this replace individual therapy?

No. Groups are reflection + connection. Individual therapy is depth + change. They work well together for most people.

Are the groups confidential?

Yes. Every group runs with a clear confidentiality agreement. The facilitator holds boundaries; participants commit to discretion as part of joining.
