Session format

Online, in-person, or both - your call.

  • Online video - secure in-app video room. Works as well as in-person for most clients; some prefer it for continuity through travel.
  • In-person - at our Navi Mumbai studio (Milloni CHS, Sector 27, Nerul East). A calm, designed space.
  • Mixed - switch any time. Same therapist, same context, same record.
