For clients in Mumbai

Therapy for Mumbai, in person and online

Our studio is in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, and many of our clients travel to us from across Mumbai. Some come every week. Others come in person for the first few sessions and then continue online. Either way, it is the same therapist and the same care.

If the commute is the only thing stopping you from starting, start online. You can always come in person when it suits you.

Getting to our studio

The address is Milloni CHS, Sector 27, Nerul East, Navi Mumbai 400706. Visits are by appointment only, any day of the week.

From Vashi and the rest of Navi Mumbai

Vashi, Sanpada, Juinagar, Seawoods, Belapur and Kharghar are all close by. Nerul station is on both the Harbour line and the Trans-Harbour line, so most of Navi Mumbai is a short train ride or drive away. In-person sessions are usually the easy choice from here.

From Chembur and Ghatkopar

From the eastern suburbs, cross into Navi Mumbai over the Vashi bridge by road, or take the Harbour line towards Panvel and get off at Nerul. A regular day and time each week can make the journey part of your routine.

From Thane

The Trans-Harbour line runs from Thane to Nerul without a change of train, and by road the Thane-Belapur Road brings you down the length of Navi Mumbai. For many people in Thane, this is simpler than heading into the city.

From Bandra and the western suburbs

From the western side, Harbour line trains towards Panvel (changing where needed) and the road east through Kurla and Chembur both lead to Navi Mumbai. It is the longest trip on this list, so clients from Bandra, Andheri and beyond often mix the two: an in-person session when they can make the journey, and online sessions in between.

Why some Mumbai clients choose to travel

For some people, a session close to home or work feels too exposed. A studio across the harbour can feel more private, and the journey itself becomes time to think before a session and settle afterwards. Our room is designed to feel calm and unhurried, more like a living room than a clinic.

Couples and families can come in person for joint sessions, and use online sessions when schedules do not line up.

We will help you choose in person, online, or a mix of both.
